Business/Trade Document Attestation Requirements

Power of Attorney (Business)
  • Original on stamp paper
  • Notarized by Pakistani Notary Public
  • Signed by all involved parties
  • MOFA attestation required
  • Must include: - Color copies of CNIC, passport and visa - Copy of Trade License/business documents from UAE - Arabic translation of Power of Attorney
  • Submit signed Undertaking document
  • MOFA QR code verification mandatory

Conditions:

  • If Contract processed through UAE MOFA:
    - Pakistani MOFA attestation not required - Undertaking must be on legal stamp paper - Contract and power of Attorney Arabic translation is required
  • Processing time: 15-20 working days
  • Rejected documents are not returned and fees will not be refunded.
